Welcome to Foster Fitness and Nutrition, a family-owned business founded by Will and Jenna Foster in 2024. Our mission is to provide personalized nutrition and fitness coaching to individuals seeking to transform their health and wellbeing.
Our Story:
As a couple passionate about fitness and nutrition, Will and Jenna have always been committed to helping others achieve their health goals. With years of experience in the industry, they saw a need for a more personalized approach to coaching. They wanted to create a business that would focus on empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes, rather than simply providing generic advice or fad diets.

Online Personal Training
1:1 Online Nutrition Coaching
Online Fitness Coaching: Our certified trainer will create a workout plan tailored to your fitness level, preferred workout style, goals, and schedule. We'll work with you remotely to help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching: We'll teach you how to eat within your daily macronutrient needs, providing you with the knowledge and skills to make informed and balanced food choices that support your health goals. You’ll get access to personalized weekly check ins with your coach, resources to facilitate your journey, and community support.
